Although the ALAY KAPWA has its own schedule of programs and projects in contributing to the development of the community especially in Solano where its main office is located, the Cooperative also provide assistance to selected barangays for their infrastructure projects in coordination with the local government of Solano. For CY 2021, the Cooperative extended its helping hands to Barangay Communal through their road construction project wherein the ALAY KAPWA donated 100 bags of cement.
Community Assistance
Also, as part of the development of the ALAY KAPWA property in Brgy. Concepcion as an agro-forest land, Chairman Arnel G. Domincel with GM Corazon G. Alesna and members of the Board visited the office of Congressman Carlos M. Padilla and sought assistance in the improvement of the access road to the property. The project was implemented through the office of Engr. Nestor P. Velasco, Provincial Engineer and which is now being utilized by residents in the community of Brgy. Concepcion.
