Arnel G. Domincel, joined the 163rd Founding Anniversary and 15th Pagbiagan Festival Grand Parade of the MLGU Solano on
October 2, 2023.
This year's event theme, 'Pusong Solanoan, Diwang Bayanihan,' embodies the concept of the people of Solano coming together with a sense of unity, cooperation, community spirit, and mutual support within their community.
The Alay Kapwa Family extends its greetings and good wishes to the MLGU Solano and the Solanoans headed by Atty. Philip A. Dacayo, Municipal Mayor for another successful celebration of this year’s founding anniversary.
