The Aflatoun Program of the Alay Kapwa which was launched through a partnership with NATCCO and Dep-Ed NV in 2017 has been helping kid saver members for almost 5 years now by teaching children about their rights and responsibilities in managing financial resources.
And with the gradual shift to a new normal of the various school implementers in Solano, Bagabag, Bambang, Villaverde and Bayombong, Dr. Flordeliza C. Gecobe, Chairperson of the Aflatoun Committee and Treas. Estrellita V. Fanuncio, Co-Chairperson headed the meeting for all Teacher-Implementers on October 22, 2022 to re-brief, re-evaluate and recommend plans and policies for the coming months.
The activity was attended by 20 teacher-representatives from partner schools. Chairpeson Arnel Domincel, Vice-Chair Francisco Aquino Jr., GM Corazon Alesna, Dir. Josefino Valdez, Dir. Fabian Evangelista, Dir. Nestor Velasco, and Dir. Julita Balancio joined the activity and shared inspirational messages to the attendees.
The half-day program was facilitated by the Aflatoun Team and assisted by Management Staff and the Aflatoun Coordinators - Mrs. Luisa Soriano and Ms. Marivic Galasinao.
